Elizabeth "Liz" Ann Mains, 61, of St. Anthony, passed away at her sister's home, surrounded by family, on September 26, 2024, from complications suffered from a stroke.

Liz was born January 2, 1963, in Salt Lake City to Vernon Roger Hooper and Ruth Marcia Gillett.  She was raised in Moreland, Idaho and she graduated Snake River High School.

She married Mark Mains on April 25, 2005, in St. Anthony.

She worked at Madison Memorial Hospital in the cafeteria for 10 years and then went to work at Broulims in Saint Anthony.  She worked there for a number of years until she retired due to the stroke.

She enjoyed camping, fishing, artifact hunting with Mark, and loved going on scenic drives.  She enjoyed traveling with her sister to visit and spend time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Mark of St. Anthony; children, Steven, Lisa, and Angie; her step-father, Bob Killam; siblings, Roger, Terrie, Shawn, Alysia, and Jolene; and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Killam, and her father Vernon Hooper.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12, at the Ashton Christian Fellowship, with Pastor Steve Davis officiating.
