Frankie Alice Harrigfeld, 81, of Ashton, passed away on December 2, 2015 due to complications of pneumonia.

Frankie was born in Wilson, Kansas on October 27, 1934 to Frank and Sevola Kuck. They moved to Idaho in 1936 when Frank and his brother John bought Last Chance in Island Park, Idaho. Frankie spent most of her formative years going to school in Island Park. The family moved to Ashton during the winter months in 1948.

Frankie married Fritz Harrigfeld on October 31, 1952. Fritz shipped out on June 21, 1953 to serve two years in Korea. When Fritz returned in December 1954,he started farming with Grandpa Bill. Frankie and Fritz have lived at the Farm for 60 years and raised 6 children, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Frankie is survived by her husband Fritz Harrigfeld, daughters Greta Lenz and Brenda (Chris) Wood and sons Fritz (Lois), Jeff (Mo-Nee) and David (Becky). She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Sevola, Brother Glen and daughter Teresa.

Grave side services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 11, at the Pineview Cemetery in Ashton.
