Obituary

George John Bott entered this world in Everett, WA on February 29, 1944. On Sunday, August 11, 2024, he exited this world from Boise, ID and made the final trip home to be with his Lord. His death was from natural causes. George, most recently living in Meridian, ID, grew up in Hollywood, CA and had been a long-term resident in the Sacramento, CA area.

George was a man who loved God. He was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, quick wit and his integrity. He had a genuine desire to help people (and fix problems) and had an innate ability to connect with others. He also was known as a jokester, and delighted in teasing people that he loved or who were within his sphere of influence, both young and old alike.

George had a passion for real estate, both in California and Idaho. He had been a real estate broker for over 40 years and a real estate investor for almost 60 years.

He also had a profound love for his family and friends. George was an only child, yet considered his cousins and extended family spread across the country as brothers and sisters; his friends were numerous.

George was a loving husband, son, cousin, uncle and friend. George's parents, Lawrence Bott and Jeanne Swanstrum Bott, preceded him in death. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Kimberly; treasured cousins, nieces and nephews in Idaho, Nevada and New Jersey; and precious friends and brothers/sisters in the Lord from coast to coast.
