Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend Glenda Marie (Sallenger) Heskett passed away on Tuesday December 21, 2021, at the age of 74 years.

Glenda was born September 16, 1947, to Olive and Glenn Sallenger in Sacramento California.

She married Charley Heskett on November 4, 1966, in Ashton, Idaho. She worked for Kmart in Rexburg Idaho and retired after 25 years of service. She then went on to get her Associates degree in accounting where she went on to work at EZ Net Tools in Rexburg, Idaho and was still working there at the time of her passing. Outside of work she had her Dance team the Rockie Mountain Stars Dance Academy which she loved. She started the dance team in 1986, wanting every dancer, no matter money, name, or ability to feel like they had a home, a place to belong, call family, and a place to dance your heart out no matter what.

Glenda is survived by her son, Charley (Jennifer) Heskett; her siblings, Vickie (Dennis) Moon, Michele (Joe) Pacheco, Gene (Theresa) Sallenger and Bill (Shae) McNamara. Glenda will be remembered by her five grandchildren, Christian, Jordan, Joseph, Jacoby, and Jonas; four great-grandchildren, Aiden, Joey, Kloie, Ryken.

She is preceded in death by her husband Charley Heskett, mother Olive McNamara and siblings, Candy Ochoa, Dean Sallenger.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Ashton Stake Center.  The family will receive friends that morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the stake center prior to services.
