Obituary

Irene Kaye Moulton, 65, of Victor, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at Ashton Memorial Living Center of natural causes.

She was born December 24, 1948, in Burley, Idaho to Steele Brown and Thelma Anita Tinker Hogue. She was raised in Burley and attended school there.

She married Samuel Brent "Skip" Moulton on November 12, 1981, in Elko, Nevada. She and Skip lived in several states while he worked installing power lines. Their home has been in Victor.

She worked for Snow King Resort as executive housekeeper for over 30 years. She enjoyed the people that she worked with.

She and Skip raised race horses for many years, which she enjoyed as long as they were winning. She also liked to hunt and fish with Skip and spend time with her family. She was an excellent cook. She took great pride in keeping a clean home.

She loved her cat, Dreyfuss, whom she took care of and spoiled for 21 years.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by her husband, Skip of Victor; children, Jalynn (Paul Moody) Kinney of Pocatello, Lee (Cyndi) Dayley of Helper, Utah, Clay Moulton, Clint (Cynthia) Moulton, Terri (Vern) Armstrong, Tracy (Dave) Whitmore all of Tetonia, Kole (Rachel) Moulton of Victor; a brother, Terry (Nancy) Hogue of San Antonio, Texas; 18 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter Tiffinee.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, at the Victor LDS Chapel with Bishop Val Kunz officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Victor Cemetery.
