Obituary

Jennifer J. Mackert Harrigfeld of Parker, ID passed away unexpectedly on November 23, 2018. She was born March 22, 1970 to Frank and Nancy Mackert in St. Anthony, Idaho.

Jennifer attended schools all through her childhood in St. Anthony and Graduated High School from Lake Havasu. Arizona in 1988. She then pursued a career in travel at the International Air Academy in Ontario, CA and graduated in 1993.Jennifer went on to work for Delta Airlines in Idaho Falls, ID and Helena, MT.

On November 11, 1998 Jennifer had her beautiful son, Kane Badachi. She was so proud of her boy and always said he inherited her gift of gab. She smiled at just the mention of his name.

Jennifer moved back to Idaho to help her Dad run the Fremont County Golf Course. One of her many duties was cooking for all the people that were regulars there. Jennifer had a deep love for all people and looked forward to working there every year.

While working at the Golf Course she met the love of her life, Ed Harrigfeld and on July 27, 2007, they were married at Matt Harrigfeld's garden in Ashton, Idaho. Jennifer and Ed made their homes in Ashton and Parker, Idaho.

Jennifer was so talented. She had a love of music that started from when she was just little. She would sing songs like the "Rinestone Cowboy" at the top of her lungs for hours while swinging. She then learned to play the piano by ear and participated in the Jr. Miss Pageant at South Fremont High School. She loved to get together and sing Karaoke with friends. Patsy Klein was her favorite.

Jennifer and Ed would grow the biggest gardens together and then she would spend the Fall canning all the vegetables. Everything she made was delicious and she would share her goodies with everyone.

She was so creative and loved to refinish furniture and make beautiful treasures that she found in her Dad's shop.

Jennifer was so selfless and giving to all, she made sure to call and check in on so many of her friends and family daily or cook them a delicious meal. She was such a special person that touched the lives of many. She will be missed dearly.
