John "JW" Noack

John Wayne Noack, 65, of St. Anthony, Idaho died November 5, 2026, at Homestead Senior Living of natural causes.

He was born June 22, 1961, in Eldora, Iowa to Donald Ralph and Mary Lynn Noack.

After finishing high school he joined the US Navy and served for several years.In 1986, while hitchhiking near Gillette, Wyoming, he was picked up by Ellen Kay Laird. They enjoyed one and others company and so they were married on November 22, 1988, in Texas. She meant the world to him and brought him immeasurable happiness! Ellen died on May 5, 2023.

John was a simple man. He was a wanderer and loved to travel with Ellen. He enjoyed magnet fishing, and liked to make picnic tables and wishing wells.He worked as a janitor and was very detailed and thorough in his work.

Above all he was a kind and caring person. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.
