Obituary

Monna Beth Howard Bratt, 85, of Ashton, died July 25, 2014, at the Ashton Living Center of natural causes. She was born October 27, 1928, in Chester, Idaho to Joseph and Veneda Munro Howard.

She attended school in Chester and St. Anthony. She graduated from South Fremont High School.

She married Harold F. Bratt on June 24, 1946, in St. Anthony. They made their home and farmed in the Farnum area.

She enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing with Harold and her family. She loved to spend time in Yellowstone Park.

She was a life long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings.

She is survived by her daughter Linda Boggetti of Ashton; granddaughters, Christine (Scott) Nedrow of Idaho Falls and Erica (Jacob) Kolasch of Pocatello; and great-grandchildren Logan, Aeryn, and Connor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and seven siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, at the Ashton 4th Ward Chapel, with Bishop Randy Palmer officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Pineview Cemetery under the direction of Baxter Funeral Home.
