Obituary

Myron B. Manley, 83, of St. Anthony, Idaho, formerly of Calgary, Alberta and Walla Walla, Washington, died Sunday, August 25, 2013 at his home of natural causes. He was born May 20, 1930 in Corinne, Utah to Myron Carl and Emily Alice Bradford Manley. He was raised and graduated from high school in Sparks, Nevada.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He married Sharon Davenport on August 31, 1956, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.

He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was head of the Psychology Department at the University of Calgary.

He was creative and enjoyed life.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon of St. Anthony; children Michael (Shelley) Manley, Marci (Curtis) Conners, Melinda Manley all of Calgary, Alberta, Mary Rausch of Toronto, Ontario, Melanie Manley of St. Anthony, Myron (Elaine) Manley of Provo, Utah, Matthew (Kandi) Manley of College Station, Texas, Meredith (Bruce) Mattingly of St. Anthony, Mackay (Jenny) Manley of Logan, Utah; 35 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Grave side services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the Wilford Cemetery in St. Anthony.
