Obituary

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Naomi E. Biorn Rogers returned home to her Father in Heaven on March 4, 2018. She was born to Wilford Clarence Biorn and Annie Whittle Biorn on August 20, 1931 in Ashton Idaho. She was 1 of 9 children.

She married her long-time sweetheart, Charles Abe Rogers, on October 15, 1951 and was sealed to him for time and all eternity on October 24, 1956 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Naomi worked side by side with Abe on their farm as they raised their family together. She loved spending time with her family and is survived by her husband Charles Abe Rogers, oldest daughter Lillian Stock, sons, Kent Rogers and Dennis Rogers, and youngest daughter Machelle Rogers Kelly. She was a loving grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, oldest brother Gene Biorn, youngest brother Wilfred Andrew Biorn, and her granddaughter Chelsea Stock.

A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served faithfully in all of her callings.

She loved to travel, but her favorite place was at the beach with her toes in the sand. She was beloved for her strength, perseverance, and her ability to see beauty everywhere she looked and for her kindness and generosity. She took pride in teaching her children how to be
compassionate, serve one another, show love and have faith. She touched the lives of many and will be missed by all who knew her.

She was inspired by her mom to live by this quote "Be content where you've been, and proud of who you are."
