Obituary

Randy Palmer, 41, of Ashton Idaho, passed away on May 12, 2015 at University of Utah Hospital. He is the husband of Lindsay Hanks Palmer. They were sealed in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple on February 1, 1997. They shared 18 years of marriage on this earth and will be eternal companions in the world to come.

Born in Logan Utah on October 11, 1973. He is the son of David Ronald Palmer and Karen Clark Palmer. He graduated from North Fremont High School. He was part owner of Upper Valley Painting.

He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Morristown, New Jersey Mission. He has served as Young Men's president, councilor in a bishopric, on the high council, as the stake executive secretary, and was serving as Bishop of the Ashton 4th ward.

He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for being dedicated to his family and a friend to all.

He is survived by his wife Lindsay and their 6 children; son Bridger (17), daughter Bailey (15), son Max (11), son Madden (9), son Grant (5), and son Graydon (1),His parents, brothers Ron (Monique) and David (Britnie) and sister Christiana Willis (David). He is preceded in death by his sister Stephanie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, at the Ashton LDS Stake Center, 516 North 2nd Street, with President Hal Harrigfeld officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Monday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., both times at the stake center. Interment will be in the Pineview Cemetery under the direction of Baxter Funeral Home.
