Rocío was born on April 18, 1982, in Mexico City, the daughter of Héctor González Navarro and Margarita Urquiza González. She was a woman full of light, strength, and love—always devoted to her family and to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She shared her life with her siblings Héctor, Linda, Wendy, and Tania, whom she lovingly cared for during their childhood and to whom she was like a second mother. She was a loving and dedicated mother to her children Héctor and Alexa, who were her greatest pride and source of joy.
