With heartfelt love and gratitude for the life of a loving wife and devoted mother, we sadly announce the passing of Terry Marie Roell Bay, 53, of Texas on Sunday, September 8, 2019, in Island Park, Idaho from natural causes.

She was born October 29, 1965, in Victoria, Texas, to Henry Albert and Dorothy Lesak Roell.
She attended schools in Victoria and graduated from Victoria High School. After graduating she
attended Bee County College and earned an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.

She married her best friend, Michael Anthony Bay, on November 29, 1986, in Victoria at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral. Two children were born to this union, Matthew Alan and Brittany Elizabeth.

Terry worked in private practice and then for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Fort Worth, Texas as a dental hygienist. With 25 years with the Bureau, Terry retired in 2015 and she and Michael became full-time RV'ers, fulfilling their life-long dream and retirement plan.

She enjoyed puzzles, sudoku, family games and learning new things. She had recently taken up painting and had just completed her first painting. She liked researching new places to visit and was a History buff. She loved traveling and was always looking forward to the next adventure. Among so many places to see on her "bucket list", Yellowstone National Park was one of her goals. She spent her last full day exploring the Park with her husband and close friends. She marveled at God's glory as she photographed the many breathtaking sites, hoping to turn them into paintings for her children. She thoroughly enjoyed every minute of her final adventure.
She was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Weatherford, Texas.

Led by her faith in Christ, she was a tremendous mother and a loving wife who shared her optimistic spirit with all of those around her. She treasured spending time with her family and looked forward to the holidays spent with them every year in Texas.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; children, Matthew and Allyson Bay of Dallas, Texas
and Brittany Bay of Harker Heights, Texas; her siblings, Nancy (Mike) Swinney of Houston,
Texas, Bill (Roselyn) Roell of Victoria, Debbie (Charlie) Wilson of Victoria, Susan (Frank)
Nevlud of Victoria, and Ricky (Vickie) Roell of Anna, Texas. She was preceded in death by her
parents.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at the Northside Baptist Church, 4100 N. Laurent Street, Victoria, Texas 77901.
