Theresa Lamborn Ortiz, passed away on May 28, 2020, in Winnie, Texas after a long battle with cancer.

Theresa was born on March 6, 1948, in St. Anthony, Idaho to George Edwin and Vida Donaho Lamborn. She was raised in Marysville, attended school in Ashton, and graduated from North Fremont High School.

She married Tony Ortiz in Jackson, Wyoming. They lived in the St. Anthony area for several years before moving to Winnie, Texas.

They had six children, Rick, Tony Jr., Deanna, Linda, Mike, and Lynette.

She is survived by all six children; three siblings, DeLois (Wayne) Davis, Mary Gonzalez, John Lamborn (Mark Sullenger); 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Vida Lamborn; a nephew, Rick Davis; and three great-grandchildren.

Interment will be held in the Pineview Cemetery at a later date.
